Tullow RFC is an Irish rugby team based in Tullow, Leinster. They play in Division One of the Leinster League.

The club was originally founded in 1928, but had trouble finding its feet over the course of the following thirty-odd years. Only in 1971 did the club become firmly entrenched in the community.
Ireland and Leinster hooker Bernard Jackman started his senior career with the club and later coached the team as well, before moving on to Division Two outfit Coolmine. Sean O"Brien Leinster and Ireland started out playing his rugby here
